The Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce (PRCC) is pleased to invite you to be part of the first Summit on The Role of Cities in a Global Economy, taking place on November 28, 2012 at the Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza Hotel. This unique event will be a preamble for the forthcoming 100 Years Centennial Celebration of our Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce in 2013.

What competes in our global economy are not necessarily countries, but cities and regions due to underlying economic forces of the economy of agglomeration. The MIT SENSEable City Lab has developed the technology for real-time digital data planning as enabler , which is financially viable through Public Private Partnerships for People, in order to unleash and work optimally the market forces of the economy of agglomeration and achieve a cohesive Sustainable, Wireless, Smart and Low Carbon Economy City and region.
