The MIT SENSEable City Lab has developed the technology for real-time digital data planning as enabler , which is financially viable through Public Private Partnerships for People, in order to unleash and work optimally the market forces of the economy of agglomeration and achieve a cohesive Sustainable, Wireless, Smart and Low Carbon Economy City and region. Demography and the needs of the population served (Inverted Pyramid) will undoubtedly have to be addressed in this scenario.
