He came to Florida from southern Afghanistan where he spent 2008/9 as Deputy Head of the NATO Provincial Reconstruction Team in Helmand province. |

Mr. Francis P. Fox Mr. Fox has over 22 year’s experience in the credit card processing industry. He began his career with Digital Merchant Services (DMS) where he became the number one, nationally ranked sales executive within his first 18 months. After Concord EFS purchased DMS, Mr. Fox stayed on until he was recruited by Lynk Merchant Services to assist in their credit card processing business, and to expand the deployment of commercial ATM machines, into the small business market. After a successful career with Lynk, Mr. Fox developed his own portfolio of business to include a credit card (through Card service Intl.) and ATM business. He has managed, trained, and marketed, hundreds of sales rep’s over the course of his 22 years. |

Dr. Elías Gutierrez Elías Gutiérrez is Director of the Graduate School of Planning of the University of Puerto Rico and Professor since 1966. He was born on July 3, 1942 in New York City. In 1945, he moved to Puerto Rico. In 1964 and 1965, respectively, he earned a BA and MA degrees in Economics from the University of Puerto Rico. In 1966, he attended graduate studies in Economic Planning at the Institute of Social Studies in “La Haya”, Netherlands. Later, in 1969 and 1973, respectively, he obtained an MA and Ph.D. degrees in Economics and Urban and Regional Planning at the Cornell University. |
